Dear Sear or Madam,
On May 25th 2018 the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of April 27th on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free flow of data enters into force. /Federal Data Protection Act/. Therefore, we kindly inform you that your data is stored in our customer database and we present the rules for processing it.
The Data Administrator responsible for the processing of your personal data is Viking Packaging Sp. z o.o. located in 39-442 Chmielów ul. Lipowa 2.
As the Data Administrator, we are responsible for ensuring the security of your personal information and how it is used in accordance with applicable law.
Currently, in relation to our activity, we inform, that we can process personal data in the following processes:
- Personal data of our customers and persons specified for the purpose of cooperation with customers
We process the data in order to provide all our services on the basis and in the framework of contracts with our customers. All information relating to specific individuals or customers will be processed throughout the term of the agreement and upon termination thereof for the duration of the applicable laws.
- Personal data of persons who are interested in working with us
We process the data in order to facilitate cooperation with new customers, at the request of interested parties, only for the duration of negotiations and trade negotiations. We have all relevant data with your consent and in the area you specify.
- Information about the business partners
We process the data to fulfill legal obligations, such as the Accounting Act, and these provisions form the basis for the processing of data by us for a period of six years (according to the current legal status, five full years).
- Information about our employees and applicants
We process the data to comply with legal obligations, such as the Accounting Act, and these provisions form the basis for the processing of us the data in the statutory period. We have the data of the applicants on the basis of their consent and we process them during the entire recruitment period. In a situation where you agree to the requirements of future recruitment, we may retain the information for a period of two years.
- Monitoring
We process video surveillance data to protect people and property, which we consider to be our legitimate right. All data collected in this way will be stored for a maximum period of one month. The recordings can only be made available to the legally authorized institutions.
Your data may be used by the organizations we work with and who provide their services to us/ e. g. courier, post office, the company responsible for the insurance of claims, the company, which is responsible for the health and safety in the workplace, and other institutions and offices for the purpose of the proper execution of employment and commercial contracts.
Please note that we will not submit any data to companies in a third country / outside the European Union / and that we will not provide data to international organizations.
You have the right at all times to access your data and to receive copies, corrections, additions, deletions, processing restrictions, the right to transfer data, the right to file an objection and revoke your consent. You also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data / formerly GIODO /.
This directive has been in force since 25 May 2018 until its revocation and complies with the statutory obligation of Art. 13-14 /Federal Data Protection Act/
