Metalized and aluminum foil laminated mats are used in the construction sector as thermal isolation of roofs and buildings walls, under under floor heating, as insulation of ventilation ducts, air conditioning and heating appliances.
The effect of high thermal reflection contributes to improvement of thermal insulation and anti-moisture insulation. The mats are easy to lay down and in comparison to other products they don’t crush and product dust.
Floor undercoat to lay down under flooring panels removes the problem of uneven surfaces and absorbs step noise. It is usually made of PE foam thickness range 2-3mm, thickness 25-65 kg/m3/ and offered in rolls with the width 1,0 m and 1,25 m and the length 25, 50 100, 150 and 200m.
Mats under panels with vapor barrier film are used especially to lay down under flooring panels on cement screed, ground floor without basement.
The combination of LDPE foil (0,1-0,2mm) and foamed polyethylene is a very good anti-moisture, acoustic and thermal insulation.
In our product range we offer mats of polyethylene foam welded with vapor barrier film thickness 0,2mm in rolls width 1,0 with vapor barrier film fold.
